of the mind
Transcending the mind to rediscover the infinitude of life
Taking care of your mental
From the moment we wake up, our mind starts racing and begins to loop, jumping from one subject to another, going back ten times to a problem we thought was solved, changing our minds constantly.
We are under the sway of a hyperactive mind that leaves us little respite. We have often lost sight of the fundamental meaning of existence. Peace and joy no longer dwell within us. We suffer because life is no longer simply and spontaneously lived; it is exclusively thought.
To avoid constant burnout, mental hygiene has become essential. Taking care of our mental health should be as natural and indispensable as drinking, eating, sleeping, or washing. We take care of our bodies, but not our minds.
A healthy mind?
-
It's a mind that only kicks into gear when necessary. Why think about your tax return when you're watching a sunset?
-
It's a mind capable of making clear decisions in the moment without torturing you for hours and making you regret them.
-
It is a mindset that lives in the present instead of constantly looking towards the past or the future.
Mental silence restores life's infinite sparkle. It allows us to regain our balance, to no longer be subject to events, and to open ourselves to a different kind of consciousness.

Mental yoga gives us access to another horizon.
By breaking down the barriers built by our mind, we open ourselves to the infinite potential of Life.
