"Our world is one of sensations and ideas, attractions and repulsions, scales, values, motivations and stimuli; in short, a mental world."

I have always had the instinctive feeling that behind the wall of the mind waited another consciousness, infinitely vaster, universal, completely real, without judgment and directly accessible to everyone.
I was 25 when I first sat cross-legged on a cushion, drawn by the need to calm my mind and with the premonition that life was not limited to what I perceived through my limited mind.
I started meditating without knowing the techniques, sometimes lying down, sometimes sitting, sometimes standing up, first occasionally and then daily.
I discovered that I could be a witness to my thoughts, that this posture of witness brought me peace and joy. I discovered the power of inner silence.
From that day forward, self-discovery became an existential necessity, dictated by the desire for truth. If the human world began and ended with the mind, this life of thought was but a pale reflection of real life.
Meditation and encounters with many masters from different schools of yoga prompted me to undertake a profound self-investigation that has lasted for more than 30 years.
I traveled this path from home, without withdrawing from the world, while being married and a father. I continued to work. Life offered me many roles: production manager in the audiovisual industry, geobiologist, business owner, sales representative. At the same time, I wrote several books to share this story. I painted hundreds of canvases to tell the story of this quest.
Through the practice of this yoga, I began to better understand the true nature of my mind. It then became increasingly transparent, until it allowed the natural functioning of consciousness to take place.
Today, I am offering to share the fruit of this experience with you in order to accompany you on the vibrant path of mental yoga and allow you to rediscover the joy of simply being.
